Second Life (SL) is a virtual world where people create, meet and experience.
Second Life is one example of what is referred to as ’interactive 3-dimensional mass media’, a media with a totally new mix of properties.
This media offers totally new and deeper means of product placement, product demonstration and visualization.
All these examples integrates the interactive content with their web campaigns and online shops.
The market is in its infancy, showing many of the traits of the early web.
Companies that gain early experience and apply it on their niche will have the first mover advantage in the following expansion.
Since the market is still in its early stages of development there are few good examples.
Because of this agile companies has to set them – by combining knowledge about the media, its strengths and weaknesses, with knowledge of the product and the target group.
We offer our customers a workshop consisting of a seminar followed by group discussion and follow-up.
